Having done 9 weeks of training before, I know that not every day is going to be easy, so after Wednesday's nice enjoyable time on the treadmill I didn't expect today to be the same. But it would have been nice. :)

Instead, today I felt like I was pulling myself along. Or dragging a weight behind me. A very big weight. Maybe a mountain. The.whole.25.minutes. But I did it! I kept telling myself "You are stronger than you think," and step by step I did all 25 minutes.

  1. I am not very exercise oriented right now, unless you consider chasing after four kids five and under exercise, which I guess it is. I think this message can relate to so much in life. I love when you said "you are stronger than you think." Keep up the good work!!!
